This manufacturer of blood collection devices needed a centralized portal for coordinating repairs. Since Fresenius Kabi operates blood centers throughout the US and the world, and they’d been coordinating repairs, maintenance and technical training manually – a highly time-consuming process. They wanted a one-stop system where technicians could find all necessary information, in order to complete repairs as efficiently as possible.
We built a custom site on WordPress, featuring a wide range of actionable content on the repair and maintenance of Fresenius Kabi’s blood collection technology. On the new site, technicians can view and download machine repair manuals, watch tutorial videos hosted on Vimeo, place orders for parts, and book classes for training.
On this new portal, technicians can address most of their needs in a self-service environment, enabling them to complete their tasks more efficiently, and identify opportunities for improvement and career growth. Once the site goes live, it will replace Fresenius Kabi’s widely dispersed system of resources with a single intuitive self-education and repair dashboard.
Experts at Fresenius Kabi are already pleased with the results, and are looking forward to rolling out this new portal on a global scale.
